MORGAN COUNTY — The Water to Wine Catering and Festivals business that just opened on Ind. 142 in May had more than its work cut out for the owners on June 7. That was during last weekend, when rain came down in bucket loads and the rising floodwaters inundated many Martinsville and Paragon area neighborhoods, forcing evacuations.
